What is a cash-based practice?

A cash-based practice allows you to receive high-quality, personalised physiotherapy without waiting for medical aid authorisation or approval before treatment. After your consultation, you will receive an itemised invoice that can be submitted to your medical aid for reimbursement, depending on your specific medical aid plan and available benefits. Please note that reimbursement is determined by your medical aid scheme and plan, and cannot be guaranteed by the practice.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, the following payment methods are accepted:
• Card payments (via YOCO)
• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Cash
Payment is due on the day of your consultation unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

Medical Aid Claims

Although the practice does not submit claims directly to medical aids, you will receive all the
necessary documentation to submit your claim yourself.
Your invoice will include the required practice details and treatment codes needed by most
South African medical aid schemes.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy

Initial Session: R750 (60min)
Follow-up Session: R650 (45-60min)

Respiratory Physiotherapy

Initial Session: R750 (45-60min)
Follow-up Session: R600 (45min)
Suctioning (add-on): R100

Neurological Physiotherapy

Initial Session: R850 (60min)
Follow-up Session: R750 (60min)
